Activities Module Overview

There are three types of Activities in the Marketing Milk CRM. 
  1. Tasks - Tasks are reminders to complete a specific piece of administrative work in a given time frame. They can be assigned to any User and can be assigned one-time or on a recurring basis.
  2. Events - Events are in-person or virtual meetings that are scheduled for a specific time. They can pertain to an individual or a group of invitees. Events can be set one-time or on a recurring basis.
  3. Calls - Calls are outbound and inbound calls to and from contacts in your CRM. If enabled, Call records contain call recordings. 
Closed Activities are activities that have already happened. 

Open Activities are activities that are scheduled to happen.
