CRM Structure Overview

Marketing Milk CRM is composed of Modules, Records, and Fields. 

Modules are categories of similar data types, organized as tabs at the top of the screen. Examples of Modules are:
  1. Contacts
  2. Deals
  3. Activities
  4. Quotes
  5. Invoices
  6. Products
  7. Etc.
Within Modules, are Records, which are individual entries within a Module

Within Records, are Fields, which are all the searchable descriptors of a Record.

The Contacts Module is the center of the CRM, because all other modules are associated with contacts.
