How to Reset your Password

If you need to reset your password for any reason below is a step by step process
2. Click on the link "Don't Remember your Password?"
2. The following screen will appear. Enter the email for the account in the provided field and click Send Email
3. Once the user clicks the Send Email button they will be taken back to the login screen where their email address will be pre-populated
4. Users will then receive an email at the address they provided with a link to allow them to reset their password to their MarketingMilk account. They will have to click that link and begin the password reset process.
5. Once they have set a new password for their account, they will be able to sign in using the new password they have created.
I Didn't Receive My Password Reset Email
Q. I Followed the steps to reset my password and I didn't receive and email
A. Please be sure to check your spam filter.
Q. I checked my spam filter and still don't see the password reset email.
A. It may be possible that you never finished the initial email verification process. When you were originally added to Marketing Milk, you should have received a welcome email with a sign up link on it from support@marketingmilk.com with the subject, "Welcome to Marketing Milk, #Your Name#". (Your Name will obviously be replaced by the user's first name.) If you can find this email, and never clicked the "sign up" button when it was originally sent, you will not be able to receive a reset password email until you do so.
Q. I cannot find any email from support@marketingmilk.com with the subject line "Welcome to Marketing Milk, Your Name"
A. Please be sure to check your spam filter
Q. I've checked my spam filter and have not received a forgot password email, or a welcome email
A. Submit a support ticket
Q. I found my welcome email and have completed the sign up process but I still don't receive my password reset email.
A. If you choose to use your Facebook login information to log in to Marketing Milk, you will not receive a password reset email. This is because essentially you've chose to use your facebook username and password, which must then be reset directly through Facebook if forgotten.
Q. I've found and completed the sign up process from the Welcome email, I didn't choose to use my Facebook information to log into Marketing Milk, and I'm still not receiving a Password Reset Email.
A. Submit a support ticket.
