Bridge Request Form

The Bridge Request Form asks for some basic information we need to begin building the bridge.

This information is:

  1. Client's Business Name - This is the name of the client's Business
  2. Client's Email - The Clients Email Address
  3. Provide the AE on this Account - This is the name of the AE on this client's account
  4. Provide the AM on this Account - This is the name of the AM on the client's account
  5. Provide the PM on this Account - This is the name of the PM on the client's account
  6. Provide the DoS on this Account - This is the name of the Director of Strategy on this client's account
  7. Which Drive Office Manages this Client - Select the City of the Drive Office that manages this client
  8. What Funnel Stages are on the client's Dashboard? - List all funnel stages on the client's Marketing Milk dashboard. This gives the person building the bridge a better understanding of everything we would like to automate.
  9. What POS/CRM/VOIP (s) are we attempting to integrate with? - This lets us know which systems to investigate when looking for API integration
  10. Please Provide a URL for this product - This is the url of login page for the system we are trying to integrate with.
  11. What is the Client's Username to log into the system? - This is the username the client gave us to log into the system we are trying to integrate with
  12. What is the Client's Password to log into the system? - This is the Password the client gave us to log into the system we are trying to integrate with
  13. Is this to run leads into the client's CRM or to run Purchase data to Marketing Milk - Choose which answer most closely relates to what we would like to automate
  14. Other Questions & Comments about this adventure we will be embarking on together - This is a place to put any additional notes you think are important to communicate about the bridge.
  15. Upload Screenshot of Bridge in Client's Contract - Attach a screenshot of the bridge in the client's contract.
Once you’ve submitted your bridge request, your information gets added to a “Card” on a Trello board so that all information and communication about that bridge can be kept in one place.
