Notes

  1. Users need to ensure that they have all of the following set up in order to begin their campaign creations
    1. Audience 
    2. Creatives 
    3. Lead Cards (Optional) 
  2. Users will be unable to move on to the next step until the previous step's required fields are filled out

Uploading a New Campaign 

General Setting

1. Select the Create Campaign Button 

2. User will have to fill out the following in the General Setting of the campaign 
  1. Campaign Name - This field is required and allows users to enter up to 256 characters

  1. Frequency - Set the number of times your ad will be shown to a Facebook user
    1. 1 Time
    2. 3 Times
    3. 7 Times
    4. 11 Time

  1. Campaign Budget - Allows the user to set the budget they would like to spend on the campaign. ( This must be over $250 and under $10,000)

  1. Duration - This is where the user will set the Start and End date for their campaign.

  1. Campaign Goals - 
    1. In-Store Sales - Drive more People to your brick and mortar business location 
    2. E-Commerce Sales - Target individuals who are known for buying online to increase sales 
    3. Lead Generation - Generate more qualified leads to increase sign-ups and service sales 
    4. Website Sessions - Drive more traffic to your website and further down your funnel

  1. Publisher Platforms - This is an option that the user can select which platform they would like to run their campaign on.
    1. Automatically Assign Platforms - This is the recommended option and will maximize your budget and help show your ads to more people, our system will allocate your ad set's budget across multiple platforms based on where they're likely to perform best.
    2. Manually Assign Platforms - Manually choose the platforms to show your ad. The more platforms you select, the more opportunities you'll have to reach your target audience and achieve your business goals

Adsets

1. Users will then select their Adsets( Audiences)
  1. Users will be able to select which audience they would like for their campaign

  1. Users will be able to set a spending limit for each audience if they would like to. 

Ads

1. Users will then select the creatives that they would like to run in their campaign 
      Note - Only creatives that are supported by the campaign goals will show up. (ex. If the users is creating a Lead Gen campaign, the only creatives that will appear are creatives with Lead card attached to them.)
  1. Users will select their A/B creative for their campaign 
    1. Users are required to select at least an A creative to complete the creation of the campaign


Campaign Table Actions 

Notes

  1. If a campaign fails on one item then the remaining items will not upload 
  2. If a campaign fails to upload the user will be able to retry the upload 

Viewing Errors

1. If a campaign failed to upload the user can click on the yellow "View Error" Button on the campaign table 
  1.       Users will be able to dig deep into the error and narrow down where the error is taking place

2. A side window will appear on the screen containing the error for the campaign. 

Retrying Upload

1. Users will click on the Retry button on the campaign 

2. The campaign creation side window will appear with all the information pre-populated 
  1. Users will see the errors on the step and on the bottom of the screen on the step that had the error
