Making Creatives

Creatives currently live in the Project Section of Ad Builder 

1.       Select the Project you plan to create your Creative in
                 The newly created project will auto-populate four empty creatives


2.       Click on the Add New Creative Button to begin the creation process of the creative 


3.      New Creative Modal appear
            A. Creative Name Field
            B. Creative Type
                  Single Image/Video - Single Image or video content
                  Dynamic - allows adding multiple media that could appear on their ad in no particular order
                  Carousel - allows the user to create a carousel containing multiple images 


Single Image/ Video Creative 

  1. Back to Project Button  - This will take the user back to the Projects Creative selection Screen
  2. Creative Name (Required) - This will be where the user will name their creative. (This should auto-populate with the creative name you put in the model that you saw before this screen.)
  3. Add Media Button (Required)  - This is where the user will be able to select the media (Image or Video) that they would like to have in their creative 
  4. Lead Card - This is where the user is able to attach a lead card to their creative if they wish. (Lead Cards are required if the creative is going to be used in a Lead Generation Campaign) 
  5. Description (Required) - This is where the user will input text that will be used in the description field of the creative
  6. Headline (Required) - This is where the user will put their headline for their ad
  7. Graphic Text (Required) - This text will not show up in the preview. This is the name of the image that would appear if someone were to Inspect the page as a developer.
  8. Primary Text  (Required) - This will be the text that sits above the image/video of your creative 
  9. Website URL (Required) - This is where the user can input a website URL that when the ad is clicked it will takes the user to that location
  10. Display URL (Required) - This is the text that will show for the Website URL on the creative
  11. Call To Action - This is where the user can select their call to action for their creative (This filters based on if there is a lead card or not attached to the creative )
  12. Save Changes Button - This will save any changes made to the creative
  13. Submit for Internal Approval Button - This is disabled by default until all required fields are filled out. This then will submit the creative for review before being published. (If all required fields are filled out this will also save any changes that were made to the creative)
  14. Comment Section - This is where a user can rate the creative. They will be able to add a comment to the creative, and they will be able to view any comments that were left on the creative (This field is needed for the asset approval process on creatives)
  15. Preview Section - This is where the user will be able to preview the change on the creative once they hit the save button. (The default image that shows here is a random image that is pulled from the business's Facebook page)

Dynamic Creative

  1. Back to Project Button  - This will take the user back to the Projects Creative selection Screen
  2. Creative Name (Required) - This will be where the user will name their creative. (This should auto-populate with the creative name you put in the model that you saw before this screen.)
  3. Lead Card - This is where the user is able to attach a lead card to their creatives if they wish. (Lead Cards are required if the creative is going to be used in a Lead Generation Campaign)
  4. Website URL (Required) - This is where the user can input a website URL that when the ad is clicked it takes the user to that location
  5. Display URL (Required) - This is the text that will show for the Website URL on the creative
  6. Media Center (Required) - This is where the content of the ad will be created
    1. Media (Required) - Images/Video selection 
    2. Headline (Required) - Users will be able to add a headline for each image/ they added (These must all be their own unique fields)
    3. Status (Required) - Users will be able to add status for each image they added (These must all be their own unique fields)
    4. Description (Required) - Users will be able to add status for each image they added (These must all be their own unique fields)
    5. Call to Action (Required) - Users can add a call to action on each image they added (These must all be their own unique fields)
  7. Save Changes Button - This will save any changes made to the creative
  8. Shuffle - This will shuffle the contents in the Media Center  in the preview for the user

  11. Comment Section - This is where a user can rate the creative. They will be able to add a comment to the creative, and they will be able to view any comments that were left on the creative

E. Website URL (Required) - This is where the user can input a website URL that when the ad is clicked it takes the user to that location
F. Display URL (Required) - This is the text that will show the Website URL on the creative
G. Call To Action - This is where the user can select their call to action for their creative (These will filter out of there is a lead card attached and only show those that are supported via that lead card )
H. Slides (Required) - Users must click on the "Add Slide" button and from there, users can add slides to their creative that contains a headline, description, and media. ( There is a  minimum of two slides max of 10 slides per creative )
I. Save Changes Button - This will save any changes made to the creative
J. Submit for Internal Approval Button - This is disabled by default until all required fields are filled out. This then will submit the creative for review before being published.
K. Preview Section - This is where the user will be able to preview the change on the creative once they hit the save button.
L. Comment Section - This is where a user can rate the creative. They will be able to add a comment to the creative, and they will be able to view any comments that were left on the creative
