Salesforce Auto-Fill Process

BD's will need to verify information in the leads they are receiving from automatic leads as well as leads that they are requesting and receiving from their  directors. There are 3 fields that need to be updated once the leads are in a BD's queue. "Owner Name Status" , "Office Phone Status" and "Cell Phone Status."  These fields are available to change on your Salesforce Home screen in the Verified leads in Queue report:


For every lead in your queue, you must update the status of the cell phone, Office Phone, and Owner Name fields in order for the lead to be pulled into your working leads to begin calling:


You will use the drop down menus to select whether you have verified the information or you could not find the necessary information. 

If there are less than 30 leads in your Queue, leads will be auto-filled to your Queue until your Queue count is at 30.  If you do not have enough fully verified leads in your Queue to fill your working leads to 100, then leads will not be filled.

If there are unverified leads in your queue for over 48 hours, your dialer will be shut off until you have verified the leads.  You can reinstate your dialer the same way you do for other dialer shut offs.
